Yesterday went like this. 4:30am CET, alarm wakes me up. 5am the cab arrives. 7:10am my flight departs to Amsterdam. 12pm my flight departs from Amsterdam for San Francisco. 2pm Pacific my flight arrives in San Francisco. Back in Mountain View by 3pm. Dinner and a shower, it was 4pm and lights out. Next thing I knew it was 4:30am (1:30pm CET) and I was wide awake.

So even though I am back in the States, my body is still out of state. I am hoping the jet lag will have run its course by tomorrow morning.

I've got 200 MB of photos and videos. I'm thinking about using Ofoto, SnapFish, or some other online photo host. I've never used any of them before. I have no idea which is better. Please let me know if you've used them and have anything positive or negative to say!

Much thanks go out to Erika for being such a good friend and tour guide for so many days, and for letting me crash on her couch, and to the Hanzli family for being so nice to me and letting me stay with them while in Pecs, and using their cabin on beautiful Lake Balaton. If you find yourselves in San Francisco anytime, you know you've got accommodations complete with tour guide.

Most interesting thing I learned on my vacation: peeing within a moving train is a very imprecise exercise, and I guess the corrollary: a train's lavatory does not require shoes but it is a good idea to wear them anyway.

Amanda —
I don't know anything about Ofoto or Snapfish, but most of the people I know here use Shutterfly.com.

U am glad you had a good time on your trip!
Amanda —
I have learned my lesson to preview before submitting.
Eric
LOL. As well, this site should have an edit feature.
Steve —
Me glad U have good fun too.
Amanda —
Teebie is dork.
Stacey
I usee Snapfish all the time and am very happy with their service. Just don't expect to get your prints back in a hurry.
